Hawaii does not currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy law in effect—but several bills have been proposed in recent years (such as SB 3018 and SB 1037) that may introduce strengthened consumer rights like access, deletion, and consent rights in the future CentraleyesSecuritiByte Back. Until such laws are enacted, our policy follows best practices and respects emerging privacy standards.

We may collect:
